- Sennapod, the ancient Egyptian pharaoh, is still living at 27 Templeton Terrace with the Lightspeed family. By accident, he wins a competition to find the Face of the Future, and soon designer bandages and doing the pharaoh dance become all the rage. But he's also recognised by villains Jelly and Grimstone who are still after his treasure map

- Jeremy Strong, a former primary headteacher, has been writing for children for many years. He is very popular with children - he won the 1997 Children's Book Award for THE HUNDRED-MILE-AN-HOUR DOG, and was shortlisted for MY GRANNY'S GREAT ESCAPE and MY MUM'S GOING TO EXPLODE. Jeremy has just moved to Stoke St Michael, Somerset.
